Improved Restroom Facilities Now Available on the Silver Lake Sand Dunes! 

We're excited to announce that the new restroom facilities on the Silver Lake Sand Dunes are officially open! This project, a collaboration between the MDNR, EGLE, and the SLRA, brings three new vaulted restrooms to the south end of the Dunes, near the sand bowls/snake pit (gravel area).

These spacious, well-ventilated, and well-lit units are environmentally friendly and self-contained. We kindly ask that you help us keep them clean and in good condition by refraining from putting trash or sand in the bowls. These facilities are for everyone to enjoy!
