Who We Are
Here at Silver Lake Recreation Association, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part by working together with the community and the M-DNR to enhance the users experience at Silver Lake Sand Dunes. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.
Where It All Began
Where It All Began
The Silver Lake Recreation Association was formed in May of 2015. The main focus of the SLRA is to work in partnership with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to expand and improve the Silver Lake Recreational Area, making each visit a safe and fun experience for all.
Community Development
Community Development
Community Development is a key focus for the Silver Lake Recreation Association, and our efforts have the potential to create positive change for everyone in the community. This work has been instrumental to our non-profit success.
